Life is a beautiful web which balances the polarities of your being. Your connection with nature is a reflection of your connection with self, and your sacred contract is strengthened through this reciprocal dance.


Private Ayurvedic Consultations and Therapies with Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor and Master Yoga Teacher Shakti Devi

The Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor considers the whole human being, believing that people have within them the required energy to bring the body back to a healthy, or balanced, state.

The first consultation will be dedicated to understanding what elemental imbalances have developed in the body and mind. We will explore your current diet, lifestyle, personal history, health challenges, exercise routines, and stress triggers. This conversation will give you insight into your personal dosha (mind/body type) and the way this dosha is supporting you naturally (prakruti), and the way that this dosha has come out of balance over time (vikruti).

Based on this holistic assessment, individualized recommendations based on your mind-body constitution (dosha) will be developed. This might be in the form of recommendations which may include lifestyle changes, food habits, herbal remedies, massage, yoga therapy, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and more to help bring you back into balance.

200hr Authentic Yoga Teacher Training with Shakti Devi

Allow yourself time and space for connection. Honor the sacred of the natural world and become aware of the divine reflection within yourself. Step out of your daily life to find solace and then step back in ​with techniques to maintain balance and honor for the divinity within and without all creation.


This extensive teacher training will deepen your personal practice as well as prepare you to be a knowledgeable and confident yoga teacher!

The lead Yoga Teacher - Shakti Devi has trained many students throught the years at Rising Lotus Yoga Studio in Homer Glen, SoderWorld in Willowbrook,  Tranquil Soul Yoga in Frankfort, and Shakti Devi Yoga Academy in Lockport IL.


Sisterhood retreats - express yourself and heal through Yoga, Ayurveda, Music, Dancing, Painting and Sound healing

Sisters, my healing Retreats were created to serve as a safe space for women to commune together, explore yoga, meditation, arts, crafts, music, and other holistic modalities of healing with a supportive sisterhood.  


I'm incredibly excited to bring sisters of yoga together to travel, connect, heal, explore, and ascend together! 

Healing retreats will start in February 2023 in a beautiful private setting of my home in Fort Myers, FL.

In stillness we find opportunity to become more self-aware and self-realized.

Yoga, Ayurveda, and Sound therapy for anxiety and depression


Yoga interprets anxiety and depression as “dukah”, or obstructed space. The practice of yoga allows the participator to clear mental and physical obstruction that can contribute to mental illness, anxiety, and depression.

It aids in rebuilding resilience in the face of life’s inevitable difficulties and challenges.

Yoga appears to adjust stress response by reducing the heart rate, lowering blood pressure, and easing respiration. It strengthens the body and mind’s ability to respond to stress with more resilience.

To better control symptoms, patients with anxiety and depression find yoga very appealing and effective. Science also demonstrates that mental and physical health work hand in hand and are inherently parallel.
